6. Annealer

1) Application:

To be equipped with the copper rod breakdown machine, it is capable of producing Φ1.35~Φ3.5mmsoft wire by means of continuous annealing.

7. Pneumatic system Double spooler

- Type: Semi-automatic dual spooler -φ500/φ630 twin spooler is mainly used to draw copper wire of1.2mm～3.5mm continuously with automatic bobbin change to get a continuous production. - Wire traversing pitch is adjustable, bobbin loading & unloading, clamping and release are manually control by pneumatic system. - Spool changing from empty to full automatically controlled by PLC, ensures spool changing successfulness up to 99.6%
